Sit Means Sit dog training programs include personal one-on-one training, group training, board n' train or any combination of those training formats. We address problem and difficult dogs, puppies and house training and everything in between. Toni Drugmand, the owner, has been training dogs in the Valley of the Sun since 1985. Her own dog interests include agility, protection and obedience.

I've known Toni since 1989 and have seen what she can do with dogs of all breeds. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and always fun! Her dedication and passion for her chosen career of working with dogs in a variety of disciplines is impressive. I especially enjoy watching her do protection work with her Belgian Malinois, Wally. What a cool dog! It seems like everyone knows her, so I'm probably preaching to the choir. ;o) If you haven't seen her work, check it out.

Was with Toni when she first discovered Sit Means Sit and introduced it to the Phoenix area. Just wish we had someone like her over here in Southern California to help with our dogs. She's the best and made my 'Tucker' the best Therapy dog' ever!
Toni helped me with Scout who just "loved" to charge male judges when we were competing in agility. It took us 6 months of hard work and no trials for 6 months; now Scout doesn't even bother the male judges! Thank you so very much Toni!
Toni is the BEST dog trainer in Phoenix. She has trained all three of my dogs, which two of them are Canine Good Citizens and also Therapy Dogs. She truly is the best.
Toni is by far the best dog trainer I have ever met. Her knowledge is as expansive as her patience and her ability to teach and communicate is bar none. She has insights far beyond the average as you would expect from someone who has devoted her life to dogs and their owners.
Toni and Team are amazing! I have had 2 dogs with her and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know! If your looking for someone who is personable and knowledgable this is her... However, what stands out with Toni is the fact that she has good hands on a dog and understands the different inherent differences in sooo many breeds that she is able to really make a difference in each and every dog/owner. She not only teaches but helps you understand the needs and wants of your dog. She is by far the most dedicated trainer I have ever met and worked with.

Toni shows that an ecollar can be a very useful and important training tool and not just some torture device as so many trainers see it. Stuff is adorable and it was fun to train with Toni in Las Vegas a few years back - lovely lovely lady.

Toni is a very dedicated trainer for owners and dogs and always looking for the best for each dog that she works with not a generic training all the same technique for all the dogs, she is very detailed and fair to all, I would recommend her to any dog owner for any problem they may want to solve with their dogs.
I can't say enough good things about Toni's training. My dogs were severely dog aggressive before I met her. After only 2 at home classes they both graduated to group class and had no issues. Both of them graduated from basic obedience, one went on to take basic agility and both are very well adjusted now. They interact with other dogs with no problems and enjoy lots of camping and other outings with other dogs.
A fabulous person, a great trainer & an ethical business person. Toni is someone you can trust & definitely want to get to know!
Ozzie's herding instinct were so high we couldn't enjoy our horses or chickens without him "herding". Tonis magic did the trick. He is now a very successful Therapy Dog and can go anywhere and be around anything. Thanks!
