I have been working with Sarah for a year in a bootcamp class format. Sarah is consistently positive, is passionate about training and is very knowledgeable about techniques and form.
Sarah is always in a good mood. Even after a long day she is smiling, laughing and enjoying clients no matter how much they complain. She asks about my day, any injuries and soreness and can sense when I might not want to be there but can bring my mood around and motivate me to keep going.
Sarah loves training. This evident through her enthusiasm, her desire to learn and the way she designs enjoyable yet challenging classes combining strength, core, and cardio that are always unique!
Sarah is very knowledgeable about exercises, alignment and the proper way to do things. She demonstrates proper technique as well as common errors, which makes it easier to self correct in the group setting. She can easily make modifications when I have injuries so I can still participate. She knows my strengths and will encourage more challenge in those areas. She does this without singling me out.
Without hesitation I recommend Sarah for classes and personal training. :)

When the FAT pants weren't fitting anymore, I knew it was time for change! Sarah was able to commit me to be in the gym at least a couple of times a week & keep me motivated. She's great - she's knowledgeable, caring and FUN! Quitting just wasn't an option when she was standing there egging me on! She rotated me between metabolic and muscle building training – the workouts were varied and tailored to what I like – definitely wasn’t ever boring or mundane! She knows so many variations to tackle every body part.

Within a few weeks I felt stronger, I had more energy, and I could see my body changing. Fatigue and the daunting task of getting started is a thing of the past.

Sarah has been a ton of fun to work with this past year. My first experience with a personal trainer and it's been great. Sarah delivers training in a dynamic fashion, always changing up the exercises to keep me interested. It makes me curious each time I'm in the club, to see what she has in store for me. The "Sarah surprise", followed by a laugh, usually means I'm in for a little extra work. Sarah has been one of my best friends for a long time. I met her through working at a gym in Red Deer with her almost 6 years ago and she's been training ever since and even before that. Needless to say she has many years of experience. She is a happy bubbly person who is easy to be around. I have been lucky to have some training sessions with her! Sarah is an amazing trainer. I have been working out with her for close to a year, and in that time I have greatly improved in my health and fitness levels.
