The environment at the Honda store was very relaxed (not pushy like most dealers I've been to in the past). My salesman, Domenic Dawson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales team was great!!! I started looking at dodge trucks about seven months before I bought one. Every time I went there they made no hard pitch that you must buy now. I had a small problem with my truck so I just showed up with the truck they got it right in to find out it was owners operation not the truck . This was the 2nd Nissan I have purchased from Ron Bouchard's and also have had all the service done for my first purchase done at Ron Bouchard's. The sales man and the sales manager jerked me around on the trade-in price over $250. In the end, my wife ended up getting the car she wanted which is why we signed in the end (Happy wife, happy life). However, I intend to never return to this dealership for purchasing a new car or any future service on my other Nissan. I hope the $250 they squeezed out of me from the sales department was worth the $1000s they will no longer see from me in service items.

I'm not that pleased with my Ron Bouchard's experience. I felt things moved way to fast and that I wasn't given time to think. I got less than book vallue for my trade in, and paid way over book value for my used car. My sales man insisted that I take the car home that day. There was a issue with the title to my trade in and I had to go back to the dealership twice to get the purchase & sales agreement rewritten & dated which was a major inconvenience for me. Had I not taken the car home that day a lot of stress on both parties would have been avoided. I purchased a used vehicle and it only came with one key. I was told I could purchase another key if I really wanted two keys. Really, purchase one. I spoke to the manager about this and he was no help. When I finally went back to get the inspection sticker I went into the parts dept. inquired about a key and
said to go ahead a program it if the service dept. had time. I believe it was the service manager that gave me the key at no charge....I do love my new car and I would purchase another Honda...but not from the Ron Bouchard's.

They have poor follow through once you buy the car. Service department is great. Called my sales rep three times regarding my referal funding and to receive documentation on the purchase and sale and never called back. Drive to the store and they said that they don't know where he is and that he is late for work and didn't know how to assist me. Not good sales service department at all. "

we thought we were off to a great car leasing experience , until after we signed the paper work . The car we are leasing had some minor damage ( scratching) on the side and we were told that it would be fixed in a day or so , then inspected and registered and ready to go.Turns out it will take 2 weeks to fix and so 2 weeks of our lease we will have no car, money thrown out the window. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Elmo added warranties to the cost of my car then told me it won't make any difference in price if I don't take the warranties. (This is illegal, you can't add warranties if a customer didn't ask for them). I was threatened not once but twice and blackmailed into a lease I did not want. I was lied to about financing, told if I take the lease I'd be guaranteed financing at the end of the lease to buy it out as long as I'm on time with all payments, (found out from Honda this isn't true). Richard threatened me, Kevin lied to me, Elmo lied to me, Clay mistreated me. I am sickened by how their staff behaves! Honda is a car that will sell itself, and I WANTED a Honda, nobody had to mistreat me like this! I won't be back, and I've spread the word everywhere to avoid this place to everyone I know! I had a terrible experience...The brand new Nissan NV200 van I bought had mechanical problems in the first week. I had to bring it in twice for service and the sales and service departments handled it very poorly. I would not recommend them to anyone!"

Initially, I would have to say that I did not have any issues at all, the sales experience was fine and I never had any problems with repairs/ oil changes etc.
However, when it came to the early termination of my lease, many errors were made on the paper work and everything went poorly from there.
For example, on the contract: My husband's name, address, phone number etc were all incorrect!
We were also not given a choice as to how we wanted to terminate the lease, and we were given unnecessary add-ons.
I feel that when you are ending a lease, you should tell the customers what the options are not just throw paperwork and numbers at them! Walk them through it and explain why the cost is what it is.
Honestly, if there is only one way to end a lease early, just say so, tell your customers that there is option A or option B.
It was exhausting and frankly I was shocked at the fact that so many errors were made on the contracts/ statements.
Also, when the plates were being switched out, they threw away a license plate frame that I had purchased without asking me, thanks for that! There is no way of getting that or what I paid for it back.
Needless to say, the only time I will go back to Ron Bouchard's is if there is no other alternative.

I felt rushed and pressured. I did end up buying a vehicle...my bad for not noticing a quarter size rust spot on the hood (it's a 2011). Mentioned it the first time 2 days after my purchase; they put touch up paint on it! Not good enough I told them.
