I met Raquita through a mutual friend a few years ago. Though I'm really too much of an introvert to commission a portrait session, I have seen Raquita's work. Not only that, I have witnessed her "in action" at events. Raquita's photography manages to capture the subject's emotion (usually fun!) in the perfect settings. In viewing her photographs, I often feel as though I am present at the shoot and observing the subjects create memories - that's a rare gift! I have so much confidence in her work that I recommended her to a colleague of mine at work. My colleague reported that she was very impressed by Raquita's professionalism: the website (with phenomenal pictures as advertisement) and the prompt manner in which Raquita responded to her request. I am sure that whatever the occasion, Raquita Henderson will capture photographs of you and your loved ones that will warm your heart for years to come.See MoreRead Less

My husband and I have used Jesse on two separate occasions, once with us and our 4 legged furry kids and for our wedding. He could not have done a better job with the quality and quantity of photos that were taken. We are so pleased and happy with the final results. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone if the opportunity ever arises and if in the future whenever we need some special candid moments shot we will call on him only. He is a wonderful photographer and a genuinely wonderful person!See MoreRead Less

If I remember correctly, I found Bill Barbosa Photography on facebook. From the first email and phone call I knew I was going to like him. He was very pleasant, outgoing, timely, understanding, and very accommodating to our schedule. I needed a photo shoot for the cover of a magazine, with 2 women in different outfits. He was so helpful in every aspect of the photo shoot but the best, and most amazing part was how comfortable he made everyone feel, especially the two women for the cover who have never done a photo shoot of any kind before. He was so easy to work with, listened to our needs and wants, however he did offer his professional opinion for which we did adhere to. We all had a great time...lots of laughs.

We were very impressed and excited about the photography technology he has in his studio. You are able to view every picture you take on a big screen TV right then and there! No waiting.... That was awesome and a huge time saver. The pictures were amazing, we were all very pleased with them.

I would highly recommend Bill as your photographer for any of your photography needs!

Erica worked extremely hard with me in finding the right way to combine my personality with the pictures that I wanted for my wedding. We did a combination of fun and formal, that ended up being absolutely amazing. She captured the personalities of my husband and I perfectly, and brought our unique love story to life in a truly magical way that I would never have dreamed of. Erica took extra time to get to know us, so that she could personalize our pictures to fit us, which I appreciated immensely. It was extremely refreshing to find a photographer that would fit around us instead of trying to fit us into a cookie-cutter form. Also, being a military wedding, date flexibility was a must for us, and Erica was incredibly accommodating to our needs. After first meeting with her to be our potential wedding photographer, we ended up also hiring her to do our engagement pictures, as well as my bridal portraits. I believe that the love and passion that a person has for their craft is evident in their product, and can see that Erica is passionate in what she does.See MoreRead Less

It all started with our engagement pictures back in July 2001, and we've never looked back. Scott Hancock is an amazing photographer. They say some people are just born to do great things, and Scott was born to be a great photographer. He's got the gift. 12 years and 4 children later, Scott is still taking our family pictures, and also our extended families. Over the years we have tried a couple other photographers because they were cheap, or close friends and they just never come close to measuring up to the quality, ability, and consistency you get from Scott. I KNOW that when we have a session with him, the pictures will ALL be amazing. It's never a matter of "did we get a good picture" but "which on will we choose?!?" He is talented enough to get my crazy toddler AND my reluctant 10 year old to smile and be "posed" for the picture. Probably my favorite attribute of Scott as a photographer is his ability and knowledge of how to pose me and my family so we look like we are super photogenic. (we are not!) As an additional note, his studio is always very friendly and helpful.See MoreRead Less

Phenomenal doesn't begin to describe Yogi, he has an amazing eye for capturing your special moments. We were looking for someone who would be able to capture the vivid colors of our Indian/American wedding while also keeping it fun/modern. He chose the most amazing backdrops, places we didn't even know about in our own city! He was so great to work with and always so accommodating. Since we were planning a destination wedding, we worked mostly over the phone/email, but when we met him and saw his work, we booked our date immediately. Since we weren't in town for an engagement session, we actually did a shoot after the wedding on the beach as sunrise came over the cliffs, he couldn't have picked a more perfect scene. We've only seen a snapshot of our wedding day, but those were absolutely amazing, I can't wait to see all of the photos, I know I'll have a hard time picking/choosing!See MoreRead Less

Nicholas's family was my neighbor for 17 yrs until they moved from Cedar Grove. I saw him grow from a young boy into a highschool senior and full adult , along with my 2 kids. He was a very enterprising and caring young man. I remember, we bartered for him shovelling my driveway and comprormised at 15 dollars...A good deal for both... 18 yrs ago...He also voluntereed with his civic organization to paint all the fire hydrants in Cedar Grove. I like his character from years ago and assume he has retained these qualities today. I am not of the younger generation, but sometimes us older adults know a lot about people..I hope... I liked Nicholas, Gloria (his mother), Lisa ( his sister), the dog Crystal and his father...all of us in the same cul de sac..I'm still here.See MoreRead Less

David,
I hope the documentary project on the Star Class comes to fruition. Please let me know if it does. It looked like you were getting some great footage (or is it "digital time") last year in Miami. Discovering the Cause and the Cure for America's @[1704924189:2048:H]ealth Care Crisis in in print and available on Amazon. I will be in LA at the AARP Life@50+ convention for a book signing a week from tomorrow (on Sept 24). Look for the old guy with the white hair ranting against the American Medical-Industrial Complex.

Madeleine has now done 2 photo shoots for me. One of a friend and all her animals and one of my horses. She is amazing. She has "it".......whatever "it" is.......she has it. Her eye for shots is mind blowing. She even made my "special" mini horse look beautiful. I knew he was cute, but beautiful? WOW! I will be using her forever and I strongly recommend everyone use her for the special moments in their life's. Pictures are priceless and I wouldn't trust anyone but Madeleine.See MoreRead Less

Bill was one of the very first photographers that photographed me back in 1997 when I started modeling. He was full of energy and ideas. One fond memory I had of him in the studio was him yelling from the top of a ladder to get the image he wanted. To this day, I still get many compliments on those photos. They will always be some of my personal favorite images.See MoreRead Less
