We just sold our house with Patty. From the very beginning, she has worked hard to help us through the long process of getting through a short sale with our bank. Although there were lots of challenges along the way, Patty was always on top of the issue and gave a 120% effort to getting our house sold. When our bank spent about 6 months flipping the file from one person to another and misplacing various documents, she kept in very close communication with them to ensure that issues were taken care of right away and kept us updated at all times. When the buyer's agent fell behind on requesting the loan for the buyer, she went out of her way to make sure the process got started so we could reach the closing. She helped us navigate the often complicated process and was always sensitive to our needs.
