I have been a fan of Linda?s artwork for several years. Long before I ever met her, I displayed two of her Kennywood Amusement Park carousel horse prints in the lobby of my law firm. (I use a carousel horse with ?Life?s Ups and Downs? as the logo and tagline for my law firm.) Linda?s art is amazing, and you?ll love it even more after you talk to her because you get such an appreciation for the care and passion she puts into every piece. My parents went to a gallery last year and commented on how the sunlight in one of Linda?s pieces looked exactly like the sunlight they see outside their window in the morning. They didn?t think anything of it because the pieces were landscapes from all across the country. Linda heard that comment and told them the location on which that piece is based?and it?s less than half a mile from my parents? home. How amazing is that?

Linda is a very talented person and a great Mother. I had the pleasure of seeing her art work from the beginging of her career. I personally have several of her pieces in my home and I Love that they bring back so many memories of my hometown Pittsburgh, Pa. She and Tom have been great mentors to me Spiritualy as well as I attended their Methodist Church and also have been a guest in their home with my youth group as a teen. I would recommend her art work to anyone who enjoys a piece of art that comes from the heart!

My Aunt Linda makes Pittsburgh come to life in her paintings! Growing up, we had her paintings hanging proudly in our home and I actually got to 'walk into' my most favorite painting, "Walking in the Light of the Cathedral", it was one of the most amazing expieriences of my life! Anyone who loves Pittsburgh and beautiful artwork should definately check out Aunt Linda's gallery, you will NOT be disapointed!

Linda, I am finally settled in my apartment, here in Elkins Park, just outside of Philadelphia, but I am taking the time to recommend you....and to all who might read this note, She (Linda) is the best, believe me.

As a fan of both Pitt and Kennywood the work that Linda has done is a great way to remeber both also the way that she is able to bring the old setting of downtown pittsburgh is truely special.

I recommend Linda Barnicott without reservation. I own some of Linda's work as well as being a colleague and fellow artist. Her art work is classic Pittsburgh and each piece is a treasure to own. The stories that the pieces convey are intrinsic to the piece so displaying them in your home or office allows you to continually re-live your best memories.

I love every piece of hers that I've ever seen. Her attention to detail, and her ability to 'put you in the painting' by virtually taking you there is incredible. Really looking forward to her rendition of the Consol Energy Center (and her paying homage to the Igloo with its reflection).

Linda Barnicott is truly gifted artist whose genuine love of Pitsburgh's unique people and places adds an intimate dimension to her work. Each painting invites you to step into the picture and enjoy the moment. I love all the little details that bring her paintings to life.

It's wonderful to walk into every room on my first floor and enjoy a Linda Barnicott painting. The paintings bring back great memories of very special places. They also bring a smile to the faces of all who see my paintings and then marvel at the work of this talented artist.

I have known Linda most of my life, and I am still amazed every time I see one of her paintings. The amount of detail and skill she pours into each piece is what makes her one of a kind. Not only is she a great artist, but she is also a great person with a lot of heart and creativity.

Greg and I love Linda's paintings. We have purchased prints and ornaments both for our own enjoyment to to give as gifts to our family and friends over the last few years. Linda is both an amazing artist and an amazing person. We feel so blest to know her. She is definately a Pittsburgh treasure.

Hi Linda, I don't use facebook too much because I think I got hacked about 3 weeks ago, and I think it came through Face book but not sure. I wrote a newspaper story about Linda several years ago. Her work captivated me--her skies came alive and her colors were just beautiful. In the years since, I have watched her bring Pittsburgh alive through her paintings. She's top rate, as an artist and a person.

Pittsburgh is truly lucky and blessed to have such a talented artist to make our city come to life in her beautiful paintings.

I love my prints of Kennywood Park. They hang in my foyer and so many people look and compliment them. Linda, God gave you such a gift, and it is so wonderful how you share it!
