I highly recommend Gary Hartloff as he and I were both students at Pierce College-Fort Steilacoom in 2005. He was a very studious and hardworking individual as well as organized and accomplished. We went together on a trip to the annual Students of Color Conference in Yakima, Washington in that same year and Gary was very outgoing and determined.
