04/03/2011Hi Shane, I'm a friend of Gigi Libassi. I've been trying to buy a house in the Poconos since last October. It is a short sale held by Wells Fargo. Wells has been dragging their feet for months now. We're paying cash and can't figure out why it is taking so long. The owner accepted our bid days after we put it in. We are only a few thousand $$$ under what they listed the house for. Is this standard procedure to take months? Would appreciate your input. Thanks! Carl
