Unfortunately, it seems as if Dean has gotten in over his head with Living Social. What that does not excuse, is making an appointment with a customer, having them rip out their floors, and then not showing up to install the new flooring, or answering numerous phone calls, and emails. When he finally did reply, he let us know he would not be able to come out any time soon due to an injury. This is a really poor way to do business. I feel bad if he has gotten himself in over his head with Living Social or if he has truly injured himself, but to flat out not communicate and leave us with a house torn apart waiting on him is not good business.
