Kevin recently did a complete refresh of our Upper West Side building. He dealt with the board and tenants like a true pro and the work was timely, efficient, and looks great! I feel like I live in a new building, not the same musty, old dwelling it was just a month ago. I would absolutely hire Kevin again and I'm already recommending him to my friends in NYC.

Had Kevin do a rehab project in up state NY for me a few years ago. The quality of this mans work is outstanding! He is a true craftsmen that believes in quality not quantity. His estimates or right on the money, The best part of the whole project was he stuck to his word and completed every phase of the project on time if not earlier then agreed!
