I am a partner in a factory Direct, Health and Wellness Company. It is an International wholesale manufacturing company that provides an incredible home shopping service for all natural household necessities (made with tea tree oil). My "referral based" business is a "by Invitation Only". I educate the consumer on the value of our brand. I teach them how to become healthier both physically and financially. My company competes against other major manufacturing Companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Johnson and Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Gatorade, Centrum and One A Day, Clinique Este Lauder, Mack and Lancome. We compete for market share by creating safer and better products higher quality at a similar or better price and value. We manufacture, In short, personal care and household products. However, the brand differentiates itself by being safer and a better value because they are all-natural products that are better for you and better for the environment. They are necessary, non-negotiable consumables, everyday products such as laundry product, toothpaste, health and beauty products. Even in financially challenging times people need to brush their teeth, shower and wash their laundry, (or at least we hope they do).
Most folks I know now are looking for one of four things:
FIRST, energy, health and vitality.
With my background as a RN for over 20 years. I've seen much pain and suffering and death from cancers, fibromyalgia, and many other illnesses and deaths including MRSA. Well, we have products that can help.
Second, they are looking to be green and responsible and reducing their carbon footprint.
THIRD, most everyone I know is looking for a purpose or to be part of something bigger than themselves. That is what Melaleuca is all about. And LAST but not least, almost everyone I know is looking for money and security and a solid plan B.
With the downturn in the economy retirement savings have disappeared. As a secondary income consultant, I help them do that. What our local and online team does is help people with building a successful long term, willable, residual income from home.
We are Consumer Based Marketing. We simply mimic Sams Club or Costco. However, our shopping concept is getting safer, higher quality at a better value and now we have a direct customer program or a preferred customer program. Direct customers buy what you want when you want, preferred customers get additional benefits like loyalty shopping dollars, discount prices and more.
