He is an excellent chef and culinary arts instructor. He had authored a famous book that's almost sold out at the big book stores nation wide. He is a well rounded person with a very interesting social skills. He that could communicate effectively with people of all walks of life. He speaks fluently in English, Spanish and Filipino. He is a man of honor with a high reputation in his home and work communities.

I have know Louis since high school and he has always been someone to look up to; very professional, respectful to others, extremely energetic yet patient with an eye for detail.

An incredible teacher who I was blessed to study under. He offered up all sorts of opportunities to all of his students who were game to take the next step in building their careers. His life's work is impressive, and he's continually pushing himself to grow in new directions as a chef. Not only has he worked in the white house, he's also published a book! How many chefs do you know that can say that? Chef E is the bomb!

I have known @[716543659:2048:Louis Eguaras] through a common interest which is FMA. We have remained in touch ever since through FB and in various activities in FMA. Louis is dedicated, focused, enthusiastic and willing to help anyone. I have always known him to be cheerful and dependable. Indeed a great and passionate person to his craft!

It's hard to really determine the best qualities of Chef Eguaras when all of them are stellar. When it comes to personality, his experience, his knowledge, his ability to connect with others... Nope, neither of them are anything short of amazing.

A man that's rubbed elbows for Washington D.C's finest public servants, including those residents living in place called The White House...now that's impressive and that should speak volumes for this man's track record.

I do not have a sophisticated palate when it comes to food but I DO when it comes to people, Louis is a class act and I am proud to know him!

The reason why Chef Eguaras is successful at everything he attempts in life is because, first and foremost, he knows what it means to be a great man. From there, everything else just falls into place.

Chef Louis is absolutely amazing. He has this incredible ability to make you feel as though you are the only cook in the kitchen, and that every move you make matters.

Dedicated, disciplined, creative and talented and a guy who knows how to have fun and give fun to other people and the things he does!
