Gary Willis is THE reason I bought my 1st new car ever, a Camry. When I walked on the lot to buy, I was lucky he was the sales rep who greeted me and made the entire experience so much fun as he put me at ease with his knowledgeable professionalism and sense of humor. I had researched the car and prepared a list of questions, and Gary answered them all b4 we took the test drive, he has the patience of a saint! Gary walked me thru the entire process, checked up on both car and owner after the sale, and let me know I could call him any time for any problem, he still helps schedule my svc appts 4 yrs after the sale. Toyota all the way! Before my 1st long-distance drive to MD-PA 2 mos after the sale, he even reviewed seldom-used dash controls and door lock settings, changing factory settings, customizing my car to my preferences. Finally, I knew I could count on him for the rest of my driving career one bleak night after work about twilight while driving south on Providence Road hill in the seasons first nasty spitting slushy snow and rain, temp 31 degrees, cars slipping and sliding crossways off both sides of the road, and my baby driving along about 30 with no problems. I called him and said, I'm never buying another car from you as long as I live. Nothing but dead silence as I imagine the look on his face and his brain whirling. Then I took pity and said, I'm not buying another car because I'm keeping this one forever; I can't thank you enough for selling me this awesome car. He laughed and asked if I would wait while his heart began to beat normally again. (Two friends can use that sense of humor to keep a relationship going!) To end, Gary Willis and the Toyota dealership are stellar in sales, service, and human kindness.
