Shane did a thorough inspection of my home and provided me with all of the information that I needed to make a well informed choice. His report was worded to where anyone could understand with pictures included to support his findings. You did not need a contractors or realtor's license to understand his findings and his recommendations were very sensible. You could tell that he had the prospective buyer's interest in mind.
