I am a pet professional in the same community as Northgate; and, I have never been anything but tremendously impressed with the professionals at NPC. All of my four-legged family members are cared for there; and, we've had nothing but positive experiences.
I have always taken my babies to Northgate Pet Clinic. The staff is very caring, supportive, and understanding.
Northgate has taken care of our three babies since they joined our family. The staff is wonderful.

Best clinic in town and not just saying this cuz I work there! The care for the pets & clients is outstanding! I interviewed at a lot of the other clinics back when I graduated college and NPC beat them by far! I wouldn't be going on my 8th year of employment if they weren't so great!
Northgate is a very awesome Pet Clinic and I recommend everyone take their pets there.
Northgate has more compassion than most human DR"s. They care with adeep heart for all their animals as well as their parents. I would not have MY Star today if it hadn't been for them.

Northgate has a fantastic facility and wonderful people that work there. It's nice to know that the Bulldogs of IEBR as well as other shelter pets get their care from there. If I lived in Decatur, Northgate would be my Vet!
As you can see, Charlie is happy to be here! We have 5 large rescued dogs, only 1 of which has no medical problems! We've had to deal with everything from hip dysplasia to allergies. I am an optometrist in Decatur, and there is no better staff and facility to trust with your best friend's health.
A clean happy place to prevent your pets from making some of the questionable reproductive choices that people or doggies or kitties out painting the town red sometimes make...at least cats and dogs aren't subject to hangovers (unless their owners are reprobates).
they really know what they are doing, and if you require extra help they will refer you to the right people.. best service ever and extremely friendly.

when I first got Frank I knew I eventually had to get his shots soon.. I knew it was going to cost me a pretty penny so I wanted the cheapest place I could get.. called all around.. and the only place that sounded like they actually cared and was interested was northgate and it was actually more expensive then others quote me on. but it doesn't matter how much you have to pay for your dog shots it matters who is going to take the best care of your dog. they give great advice too!
When Bailey, one of our beloved kitties, became extremely ill, we called @[100001871602025:2048:Northgate PetClinic] and brought him in. He had feline hepatic lipidosis, or "fatty liver", and was literally dying. Although he didn't appreciate the treatment it as much as we did, he's now as healthy as ever. Through health scares as well as basic preventative care, we have had nothing but positive experience with Northgate PetClinic. So, from James, Cloud, Bailey, Lucy, Wiggles and Gibby, THANK YOU, NPC!

I MUST SAY NORTHGATE PET CLINIC IN A WONDERFUL PLACE TO HAVE YOUR PET GO TO. THEY ALL ARE VERY WARM HEARTED AND VERY DEDICATED TO YOUR PETS HEALTH. AS MY DOG BANDIT WAS IN HIS FINAL HOURS THEY WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE AND CARED TO HIM LIKE HE WAS A CHILD OF THERE OWN. NOW I HAVE A WONDERFUL GREAT DANE NAMED GUS THAT IM SURE WILL BE A CHALLENGE BUT I FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT THIS PET CLINIC WILL BE THE BEST IN MAKING HIM COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME. We have three dogs and they love going to Northgate Petclinic, they have been working with us cause one of our dogs is allergic to something and they are trying to help us figure it out. We have been going here for over 9 years and love the treatment that we get for both the animals and us.
Northgate staff makes me feel like they love and care about my little dogs as much as I do.. helpful, dependable and friendly.
Everyone was so caring and kind when my Romeo was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Dr Becky Reardon is one of the best vets I have ever met!
We have been going to Northgate for about 2 1/2 years, and we are so happy with their care. Crackers just loves to go to the vet -- you can just tell that everyone in the building just loves dogs -- and Crackers just eats that up! We love that they do their own emergency rotation; that was a big deciding factor when we joined their clinic, and we have had a couple of occasions that we had to use it, and we were treated very kindly, whether it was the middle of the night or in the middle of Mothers Day! We can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Becky (Crackers personal vet!) and all of the other vets, techs, and staff at NPC.
When my 10 yr. old Chihuahua Sable was diagnosed with kidney failure I was heartbroken. But Dr. Forden and the Entire Staff done everything they could to let me have a couple more week`s with her. Sable`s loss of appitite at the time was a concern. They found that she liked Turkey and Gravy baby food but they were out. So one of the staff members (wish I knew her name)actually went to the store and brought back some for me while I was sitting there in order to not have Sable out in the cold longer than needed(it was Feb.). @[100001871602025:2048:Northgate PetClinic] has my highest recommendation`s for anyone that is a true pet person.
The staff at Northgate are the best! They are the tops in their field! I have no reservations taking my Bailey & Charlie to their clinic for treatment. Excellent customer service. They truly care about animals and their owners!
