I haven't met Mr. Festa here on a personal level but I am familiar with his work. I witnessed the musical abilities he possesses at Irving Plaza, a venue in NYC. He and his band, MAGUS BEAST opened for an amazing band called Cavalera Conspiracy. By the end of Beast's set my neck had already snapped from all the head banging. His drumming, some of the best I've heard in the metal genre, is tight, true and insanely metal. That being said, having this talented musician as a sound engineer is nothing less than a job to be done with impeccable integrity. Worked with Mike, owner of Pro Sound Rentals, on a wedding this past weekend and he had the party rigged in a flash. Learned so much just talking to him all night by the soundboard. Mike's pro. His has great PA equipment and he did awesome job Saturday night for my band. Every instrument, 2 guitars, bass, sax, keys was clear and balanced. The vocals were crystal clear too. We never sounded so good.
