Review by John Leuschen

Steve asked for a reconmendation so I will share my experience. True the facts that Steve has to admit too.

Last year my wife and I had a water leak in the wall. We begun our experience with a competiter to Steve over to have what I would call a bait and switch. They (the other company) came in, riped out and dried the studs and floor (we have bare cement floors so no flooring). Once we were dried and the plan was to have the drywall installed, textured and painted. That is when the estamate become only to dry and not repair. After calling the owner and asking for a time stamped billing and showing that his people billed for time they were not working I cut the bill in half.

My wife did a search on the web for a good service compnay to make us whole. Steve company showed awards and his website exclaimed sounded great. Steve came out, quoted and explained the work to be done. Eventhing sounded great, pictures of other clients looked great. Work began on day one and nothing to say it was bad, they hung the drywall, taped and ready the area to be wet sanded the next day. The second day Steve's right hand guy came out to wet sand (as per the quote) only to have them dry sand sending dust throughout the house. Day three came about to texture and paint. Other then covering the entertainment center and the sofa. The floors (bare cement) had both texture and paint drops. If you read his web site and listen to what Steve tells you. Everythings sounds great, but his right hand guy may have been told what to do. That does not mean the work as quoted or statments of just how clean the job will be will actually happen. If Steve himself will be on the job, you can be assured that everything will get done and done right. But if only his worker will be there, that does not mean you will not hear loud music or none english speaking workers. The job will get done and Steve will make it right in the end, but you will have to call and deal with the effects to make it right.

I know by posting this I will hear from Steve, but he knows this is the truth and to the facts.
