I am in my sixties and have purchased ten new vehicles in my life time. My tenth purchase of a Hyundai Sonato from Bob Mayberry can be rated as my best buying experience ever. I had no plans to purchase a vehicle the day I walked into the dealership. I was ready to do some price shopping at three different dealers. However, after seating down with the sale rep I notice that this dealership was different. There were no games to be played, like additional markups on the vehicle for stripes and tinted windows, etc. I was surprised that no one tried to strong arm me for additional warranties. My visit was simple. I was given a trade in value on my old Sonata and the dealer had on the lot as promised the car I wanted. The trade-in price was excellent and the deal on the new vehicle was so good that I could not walk out the door to go to the other two dealers. I am happy I purchased my vehicle that day from Bob Mayberry. I felt good driving my new vehicle off the lot because I knew that this dealership would stand behind their customers. See MoreRead Less

We have brought our vehicle to Tom/Best Auto for a few years now and have no complaints. Tom has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell that he's someone who knows what he is doing in his field, and is passionate both about his job and about providing top notch customer service. He always has a smile on his face and takes the time to explain and answer any questions that we might have. We take our vehicle in for anything from routine maintenance(oil change, tires, etc.) to the larger issues that have popped up over the years. I would definitely recommend Ron Bouchard's to my friends and family for their next car purchases. My experience was excellent. The environment at the Honda store was very relaxed (not pushy like most dealers I've been to in the past). My salesman, Domenic Dawson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got more than I expected for my trade on top of an already great deal I was getting on my new vehicle. Elmo in finance worked really hard to get me a great interest rate even though my credit isn't perfect. From A-Z it was just an overall awesome experience compared to some horrible experiences I've had in the past while looking for a vehicle. I have known Jim Forrester for more than 50 years. I consider Jim a close friend and a fellow christian. Jim and his sister-in-law Brenda Forrester have transacted many hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of transactions for me and my family. Most of which were long distance and I had no doubt they would be handled ethically and professionally. My dearly departed mother after my father passed on, purchased every vehicle she owned from Jim Douglas Cheverolet (now Jim Douglas Sales). They also maintained her vehicles and I to not know of one time she was not totally satisfied. Gary Willis is THE reason I bought my 1st new car ever, a Camry. When I walked on the lot to buy, I was lucky he was the sales rep who greeted me and made the entire experience so much fun as he put me at ease with his knowledgeable professionalism and sense of humor. I had researched the car and prepared a list of questions, and Gary answered them all b4 we took the test drive, he has the patience of a saint! Gary walked me thru the entire process, checked up on both car and owner after the sale, and let me know I could call him any time for any problem, he still helps schedule my svc appts 4 yrs after the sale. Toyota all the way! Before my 1st long-distance drive to MD-PA 2 mos after the sale, he even reviewed seldom-used dash controls and door lock settings, changing factory settings, customizing my car to my preferences. Finally, I knew I could count on him for the rest of my driving career one bleak night after work about twilight while driving south on Providence Road hill in the seasons first nasty spitting slushy snow and rain, temp 31 degrees, cars slipping and sliding crossways off both sides of the road, and my baby driving along about 30 with no problems. I called him and said, I'm never buying another car from you as long as I live. Nothing but dead silence as I imagine the look on his face and his brain whirling. Then I took pity and said, I'm not buying another car because I'm keeping this one forever; I can't thank you enough for selling me this awesome car. He laughed and asked if I would wait while his heart began to beat normally again. (Two friends can use that sense of humor to keep a relationship going!) To end, Gary Willis and the Toyota dealership are stellar in sales, service, and human kindness. AWESOME...AWESOME...AWESOME!!!!!!!! I cant thank Randy enough for what he did for me in my time of need. I was out shopping with my 2yr old granddaughter and somehow locked her inside of my car as I was loading things into it. CHP nor County officers were able to assist me.
