Where are my recommendations?

Hello dear fellow users! I wonder if anybody knows why Stik doesn't show certain recommendations and reviews. Is there a screening process that delays posting recommendations? I've received a few email notifications from Stik about new recommendations. Yet, every time I log in, it says, "0 recommendations". Besides, when my profile appears in search results, it shows 0 recommendations AND 0 reviews. Has anyone experienced similar issues? Also, when you email Stik tech support, do they even respond? I've sent them three emails so far, but no avail. Thanks very much in advance!

Hi Dmitry - I just checked into your problem.  Your profile currently shows 1 recommendation, but you should have 2.  I have passed this issue along to our engineers and they should have it fixed today or tomorrow.

Also, where are you emailing us?  If you email support@stik.com, we should get back to you relatively quickly.  If you did and we didn't, I apologize.

We have fixed this problem.  Your profile (http://www.stik.com/dmitry.greenberg) now shows 2 recommendations, as it should.  Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
