Well let's see Nathan.... there are Contractors, Handymen, Accountants, Title Reps, Escrow Reps, Financial planners, Counselors, psychotherapiests, psychologists, Appraisers, Pool inspectors, structural inspectors, landscapers, stagers, movers, The list goes on.... Real Estate involve so many aspects in a person's lives that an agent can not have enough contacts in their line up because some odd situation always arises or is necessary.  Oh yeah,...plumber, electrician, drain scope technician, property manager, relocation specialists in other states, Human Resources at various companies.  Wheh....yes...a good Agent/Broker should have you covered!

A good realtor should be able to answer most of your questions about the home buying process from beginning to end. That would include suggestions for a mortgage broker (whether it be an independent company or a bank - the fees differ greatly from firm to firm).  A good realtor will be able to explain to you the value of a home warranty and give you suggestions on companies to choose from in that regard. A good realtor should be able to recommend several closing attorneys, plumbers, electricians, a handyman, exterminator, a home inspector -- any service you should need a good realtor should be able to give you the contact information.
