There is no reason to wait.  The stars are in alignment.  For once in the history of real estate prices and interest rates are low at the same time.  It is usually either one or the other.  I have never seen a buying opportunity like the one presenting itself today.

Interest rates will continue to stay lower due to the overall market and the median household income dropping 25%-30%. FHA requires 3.5% and conventional financing is a better route if you can come up with 5% down. the monthly pmi is less than the monthly on FHA MIP insurance - get Pre-approved today!
