Is having Legal Shield really a benefit?

Is it really a benefit to purchase this product, previously called Pre-Paid Legal Services?

If you are willing to work with one big law firm and might or might not have a need, then it is. Eventually, it is the benefit of being able to get some discount from a big lawyer for prosepctive legal need. I think services can be bought somewhere.

In my humble opinion, using this membership changes your legal paradigm. For instance, all other

benefits aside; how else could you get your attorney on the phone at midnight on Friday or 2pm on Sunday

if you were in an emergency situation like an accident, or being subject to illegal search etc...?

Our electronic culture has made it necessary to "silence" our phones at night, so that it would be

difficult to reach even a relative after a certain hour, let alone your attorney!

Try it out, and if the value doesn't present itself, what have you lost? In your first month you can ask

an unlimited number of questions, get your will, living will and health care power of attorney done, and

any number of other possible uses... and there is no cancellation fee- I think that tells the story in itself!

Thanks for your consideration :)
